She is a former Chair and Vice Chair of the London Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and an active real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties.

How an appraisal comes together
You tell us what it is for
Share the address and the purpose: separation, an estate, a CRA filing, an assessment appeal or financing. We confirm the scope of work and the effective date of value.
Research and a fixed quote
We review public records, sales and market conditions, then send a quote. Once you approve it, we book the inspection with you or your agent.
The inspection
An appraiser walks the property inside and out, documenting layout, size, condition, upgrades and anything that affects value.
Analysis and your report
We select and adjust comparable sales, reconcile a value, and deliver a signed CUSPAP-compliant report ready for your lawyer, the court, the CRA or MPAC.
Tell us about the property. You get a fixed-fee quote before any work begins.
Every report is quoted individually. Share the address and what your lawyer, accountant or lender has asked for, and we will take it from there.
